Where are you located?
We are located in the Rocky Mountain House area. We can provide delivery services and trailer rentals to the surrounding areas as well.
What is your cancellation / Refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is one week in advance or loss of the 50% deposit that was due at the
time of booking. There are NO refunds for UTVs / ATVs returned early. We are not responsible
for changes in weather. A credit card deposit is required to confirm reservations.
How old do you have to be to rent a UTV / ATV?
You must be 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
Are children allowed?
Children are allowed as passengers. As long as they weigh 90 pounds or are 9 years old.
Can you deliver my side by side rental to me?
Yes. We offer delivery services for our rentals to Central Alberta. Please contact us with the
drop off / pick up location for a quote.
Do you offer trailer rentals?
Yes we provide trailer rentals. Our trailer rates start at $75.00 / day.
Do you rent helmets?
Yes we do. Our helmets rent out for $15.00 / day.
What do I need to rent a side by side or ATV?
We require that you have a valid credit card, be 18 years old with a valid drivers license and all
participants must sign all waivers and rental agreements.
Do you require a reservation deposit?
Yes. 50% of the rental amount is due at the time the reservation is made.
What do you charge for a damage deposit?
We require all customers to leave a $4000.00 damage deposit. When the final inspection is
completed by our licensed mechanics and found to be free of any mechanical deficiencies the
deposit will be refunded.
Do you offer commercial rental rates?
YES! we offer daily, weekly, and monthly commercial rental rates. check out our commercial rentals page or contact us today to get your quote.
